FAIRHILL Shopping Centre in Ballymena is welcoming two popular brands to their prolific offering, just in time for the Christmas shopping season.
Global retailer, Yankee Candle recently opened a store in the complex and renowned makeup artist, Louise McDonnell, is bringing her LMD cosmetics brand to the centre in December.
This brings the total number of stores within the shopping centre, located in the heart of Ballymena, to 48 and centre manager, Natalie Jackson is delighted to add these popular brands to Fairhill’s portfolio. Natalie said, “Both Yankee Candle and LMD are fantastic, globally-recognised companies that appeal to a wide variety of customers and we’re delighted to welcome them both to Fairhill. We pride ourselves on the comprehensive range of stores we have, offering shopping solutions for every customer. From high-street, designer and independent names, there is something for everyone; that’s why people travel from near and far to shop in Ballymena.”
A representative from Yankee Candle said, “We are delighted to open a store in Ballymena’s Fairhill Shopping Centre. Given Fairhill’s great range and high quality stores, we’re looking forward to the festive season ahead and welcoming shoppers to our new store.”
LMD previously had a pop up stand within the centre but this year, decided to take a unit. Founder of the brand, Louise McDonnell said, “Following the success of our pop up stand in the Mall at Fairhill Shopping Centre in 2018, we made the decision to take a unit this year to better service our customers’ needs. The atmosphere was fantastic last year and the shopping centre was thriving so we’re extremely excited about our opening in December and getting back to Ballymena.”
Whilst the shopping footfall in Northern Ireland has declined in recent months, Fairhill has gone from strength to strength, continuing to attract many popular retailers, a testament to the high quality retail stores on offer, as well as the fantastic team behind the scenes.
The centre recently invested in updating their amenities, refurbishing the ground floor female, male, disabled and parent and children toilets, which opened to the public on Wednesday 13th November.
